The Shoals total population is roughly 150,000 and is considered northwestern Alabama's primary economic hub. Within Florence, Alabama, Florence Ophthalmology is serving the community at large. Providing a full scope of eye care, doctors Michael Brummitt, MD, Kevin Gray, MD and Keith Thompson, MD has made their mission to support the community while building and maintaining lasting relationships for decades! With retirement nearing in the future, the team is looking to add one or two comprehensive ophthalmologists to Florence Ophthalmology.
Florence, AL and Florence Ophthalmology offers a unique opportunity as the market is less saturated. For example, there is not a lasik provider for at least 70 miles. While the physicians at Florence Ophthalmology are currently not fulfilling the Lasik need due to their own capacity in other areas, there is exceptional volume available and Florence Ophthalmology will support the physician in all needs to bring to fruition. In addition to lasik, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and cataracts are all areas of need for the patient's of Florence. Offerings for this amazing opportunity are below.
